KIOSK IQ recognises and rectifies errors and faults in a digital signage installation before they are noticed. KIOSK IQ measures temperature, humidity, light and motion sensors so that heating and ventilation components on players and screens can be controlled. The data is transmitted to a cloud-based dashboard and documented there. 24/7 monitoring, cloud alarm rules with escalation management and notifications via email or SMS allow you to react before problems escalate.
