The Hamburg-based digital signage provider ACCENTA is equipping the SEA LIFE Aquarium with its SLIMELINE POSTER OUTDOOR 55". "A visit to this leisure centre has to be right from start to finish. That's why SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand has opted for digital signage to keep visitors up-to-date and emotionally engaged in front of the entrance areas. The communication can be adapted to rapidly changing conditions in real time and is an important part of the company's communication mix," says Jessica Kalla, Managing Director of ACCENTA, commenting on the project. The installation took place recently at SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand, directly on the Baltic Sea.
"We are delighted to be able to provide our guests with all the important information they need before their dive into the colourful underwater world. Visitors can find out about current events, admission prices and special offers or book tickets directly online using a displayed QR code," says Franziska Potrafky, Marketing Manager at SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand. "In addition, our intelligent KIOSK IQ monitoring system is installed in the outdoor steles, which analyses important technical information from a cloud for monitoring purposes. This means we can always be sure that all the steles are actually online and working at all times," adds Kalla.
