The northern German textile chain Böckmann has been on ACCENTA's customer list since 2014. So far, only with the AUDIOLUTION services, which play GEMA-free music in the 20 stores in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony. Since mid-2024, ACCENTA has also been equipping the shops with the digital signage software TVLUTION, thus contributing to a modern customer journey for the clothing chain's customers.
Two existing systems had to be replaced and a software interface had to be created that was user-friendly and intuitive in order to fulfil the different technical requirements of the 20 stores.
The solution consisted of the in-house content management software TVLUTION, which replaces the two existing CMS in a user-friendly way, and the TVLUTION Media Receiver, which enables Böckmann to continue using displays that are already in operation.
